Geo Drills will not be liable for damage to unmarked underground utility lines, pipes, or cables that were not declared in writing prior to drilling.
All quotations provided by Geo Drills are estimates based on initial site discussions and geological expectations. Final billing is based on actual depths drilled, casings installed, and materials used.
Borehole drilling deals with natural, subsurface conditions which cannot be fully predicted. Accordingly, the client acknowledges that:
All content on our website, including text, designs, logo marks, graphics, and images, is the intellectual property of Geo Drills or licensed partner platforms. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without our explicit written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Geo Drills, its directors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site access constraints, unexpected ground settlement, variations in water yield, or delays caused by weather or equipment breakdown.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geo Drills and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your failure to provide accurate site information, utility layouts, or legal permissions required for the drilling operations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
